| 説明 | Inspiration: This summer, I look for any excuse to eat blueberries. In this case, the faint sweetness of the grouper matched the fresh blueberries really well. Pear would have worked also.Mistake: I should have left the snapper uncovered in the oven for a bit, so that the bread crumbs would have dried to be crispy. Ah well.I put two handfuls of blueberries in a skillet, a smidgen of olive oil (to grease the thermodynamic skids, not as filler), and heated on low-medium heat until the blueberry skins were soft. Then, I crushed them, dribbled in some of my father's newly-harvested honey, and let it cool. This concoction may have a name, but I have no idea what it is; I wing-it in the kitchen too much.I don't mind eating something purple that usually isn't. |
