| 説明 | The fort was built on the territory of the Kakatiya kings of Warangal. COnstruction began in 1143. Various parts of the forts came up at later times and the most recent parts of the fort date back to the late 1600's. Various kings ruled the place, among them Yousuf Adil Shah of Bijapur and Sultan Quli Qutub Shah. |
