| 説明 | The Wyoming big sagebrush steppe in this region, where the Gunnison sage grouse occurs, is near its southeastern limit and includes an abundance of native rhizomatous grasses and bunchgrasses, as well as a diversity of shrubs including Artemisia nova, Gutierrezia sarothrae, and Krascheninnikovia lanata. Bromus tectorum is generally absent, but common roadside and in similarly disturbed settings. At this particular site, native perennial grass cover is high and includes mostly Hilaria jamesii. This site lies just north of the La Sal Junction between Moab and Monticella Utah. |
