| 説明 | These tokens allow me keep track of the daily count. I'm counting the Omer, which marks the 49 days after the waving of the sheafs of new barley until the giving of the Torah at Mount Sinai on the fiftieth day. Each day we pray for purification of one of the emanations within one's self, the universe, and the Heavenly realms outside our universe. The emanations are the qualities created by The Holy One using the Hebrew Alef Bet (alphabet). The Holy One, Blessed be He, used the Sephirot to create the universe and everything in it, including humankind.en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SephirotYesterday was Day 21, which is 3 Weeks.The prayers and blessings are taken from the mystical text of the Kaballah. I find it meaningful and fun. Each day marks a new level of purification here and in the heavenly Sephorot, which are the Emanations. This is part of the process of completing Creation. This purification and completion work is called Tikun Ha Olam in Hebrew. Hopefully I will be sufficiently purified to meet my maker Ein Sof, literally "Without End" who is also known as Ha Shem literally "The Name" ... 👏🎶👏... |
