| 説明 | Growing on a pile of rubbish on waste ground but lovely to see nonetheless. Last year, in Somerset, we had no poppy fields. I hope 2016 is kinder to us. For all the joy in the first snowdrops and primroses the shock of yellow when the daffodils explode and the hypnotic colour and heady scent of the bluebell woods, the poppy has, since childhood, always been my favourite flower. |
