| 説明 | Did you guys hear or read about this story? Owen is a baby hippo who was separated from his family during the tsunami. Most hippos stay with their mother's until they're four years old and I think Owen was only four months old when he was found.He was rescued and taken to a reserve where he immediately attached to Mzee, a 130 year old tortoise. The problem was that Mzee was old and cranky and crochety and grumpy and didn't really want to have anything to do with anybody, much less poor little Owen.But Owen did not give up. Owen persisted and followed and nuzzled and tagged along. And soon, Mzee's heart grew a little bit and next thing the zookeepers knew the pair was inseparable. No one can explain it.
