While I was waiting, I investigated the elevator shafts and found an interesting item - pants. The homeless apparently use some of the old twisted cable and steel to hang wet clothes upon. As I stepped back, the suns rays slowly began to blast throughout the room revealing a gorgeous scene of light and shadow. The light was a burning orange creating an unreal effect in the room. I tried carefully to no let my own shadow interrupt the photo and I took one of my favorite shots of the day.View the whole Michigan Central Station collection Featured in Flickr Explore July 11th, 2008! |
