| 説明 | On 7 April 2012, Preisdent Paul Kagame and First Lady Jeannette Kagame visited the Kigali Genocide Memorial to mark the 17th Commemoration of the Genocide against the Tutsi and the 100 Days of Mourning. They were joined by President of the Senate, Dr Jean Damascene Ntawukuriryayo, the Mayor of the City of Kigali, Fidele Ndayisaba, Minister of Sports and Culture, Protais Mitali and the Executive Secretary of the National Commission for the Fight against Genocide, Jean De Dieu Mucyo. The MC for the event was Aegis Trust Country Director, Freddy Mutanguha. President Kagame and the First Lady were welcomed to the memorial by Aegis Trust's Glen Ford. |
