| 説明 | Saggart is one of two termini for the Luas Red Line. The other terminus is Tallaght. The line provides a direct link to Dublin city with a journey duration of 45 minutes. 40 years or more have passed since I last visited Saggart so this morning I thought that it might be a good idea to visit the village. To say that the tram stop is in Saggart is a slight exaggeration. The Luas Line A1 Citywest extension terminus from Belgard to Saggart is actually about ten minutes walk away from the centre of the village.I must admit that I found the village to be ugly and unattractive and that really surprised me. There were many unoccupied unattractive modern buildings and lots of dust … the sort that one sees at unfinished building sites. |
