| 説明 | Inside the Cloisters in the garden at Iford Manor. As you would expect from the name of the building, the central area is open to the skies, with a roofed area surrounding it. In the summer, this building is used for small-scale concerts: the musicians sit in the centre, while there is room for just one or two rows of chairs in the Cloisters proper. Built 1913; part of the grand design for the garden by the estate owner, architect Harold A. Peto. |
