| 説明 | At the first round of negotiations the bank challenged our negotiation team to prove that our claim for a 5% pay increase was justified.To do this we asked every branch and worksite to send us information outlining your experience of how the cost of living has increased for them in the last 16 months since their last pay increase. Members sent us a copy of their rates bill or phone bill or your children's school uniform costs.They wrote explaining why a bank that just made AU$ 1,811 million half-year profit can afford to help its staff pay the family grocery bill.The negotiation team collected all these stories and evidence, compiled them together and presented them to the bank at negotiations the following week. |
