| 説明 | By the time I got to St Laurence Parish Church in Alvechurch it started to rain.So my camera got wet, and got rain droplets on the lens.The rain seemed to have stopped by the time I left the church grounds!Grade II* listed.Church of St Laurence, Alvechurch Medieval Cross outside the church main entrance.Grade II listed.Medieval Cross About 5 Metres South of South Porch of Church of St Laurence, Alvechurch SP 02 72 ALVECHURCH CP BEAR HILL (south side) 15/11 Medieval cross about 5 metres south of south porch of Church of St Laurence GV II Steps, cross shaft base and stump of shaft. Probably C15 with some late C19 repairs. Ashlar. Square plan, one step, chamfered plinth to square base which supports an octagonal socket stone with broach stops to corners, in which is the bottom of an octagonal cross shaft, again with broach stops.
