| 説明 | rose heath, Chaetopappa ericoides, Crooked Creek, White Mountains, Inyo National Forest, elevation 3135 m (10280 ft).Found by Dylan Neubauer and Tim Forsell on south facing rubble of a dolomite outcrop. This appears to be a high-elevation record for this species by at least 600 feet. Thanks to Dylan and Tim for leading me to the site.Also visible are wood and leaves of curlleaf mountain mahogany (Cercocarpus ledifolius var. intermontanus). |
