| 説明 | Our Farewell Dinner is at Palais Gharnata, a converted riad [stately multi-story home surrounding a courtyard with a fountain] which is typically subdued on the outside but quite grand on the inside. (The interior courtyard where we eat has been roofed for climate control.)After an array of salads, we are served a couscous with beef followed by a tagine of lemon chicken. (My chicken is dry and tough so I only eat a couple of bites.) Desserts are a pastilla (filled phyllo pastry topped with sugar and cinnamon) of almond cream plus cookies accompanied by tea with absinthe. |
