| 説明 | After feeding the ostrich, we were fed the ostrich ;) delicious. The dish I suppose would be called Ostrich Kalbi (타조갈비). Kalbi itself means ribs, but it has been extended and appended to many types of meat dishes. It was perfectly spicey and the meat was tender. Not too often one gets the chance to sample ostrich.This was my first bite. |
