| 説明 | This is the padding sleeve that goes around my punch bag (see previous photo).It is made of a tied together tube of lino, inside a swiss roll of duvet and carpet. There was a lino encased concrete fencepost up the middle so the roll didn't crush down to the wrong shape.With this, I can punch and kick a 20kg+ fencepost with slightly less pain than before.Hopefully my Shorinji Kempo will improve with this new addition! |
