| 説明 | Following a two year gap in Afghan participation, the Fall 2015 US-Afghan Program Management Review (PMR) was a critical success. Over 200 participants representing over 50 organizations across the joint US-Afghan Security Cooperation enterprise attended the event, which included multiple senior leader engagements and four commodity-based Portfolio Work Groups: Aviation, C4ISR, Ground Wheeled Vehicles, and Weapons and Ammo. Afghan officials—from the mid-to senior-level—made significant contributions throughout the week. By the end of the event, active Afghan participation increased US stakeholder confidence in the latter’s commitment to a sustainable, effective, and affordable ANDSF. |
