| 説明 | I arrived in front of the Israeli Consulate shortly after 4pm, and there were only 100 protesters. The number increased later to roughly 400, from virtually all backgrounds: Secularists and religious; Muslims, Christians, Jews; young students and seniors…The protesters, carrying banners in different languages, chanted in English and occasionally in Arabic, denouncing the US govt, Israel and the Arab regimes, calling for the lifting of the Gaza siege..The chants included: “Palestine will be free.. from the river to the sea!” …. “One Two Three Four! We don’t want this racist war! Five Six Seven Eight! Israel is a terrorist state!” There were also chants in solidarity with the resistance, like: “Hamas..
