| 説明 | I haven't been doing much cooking lately -- going through a lazy, mostly noneating patch -- but I did manage to get it in gear recently to experiment with kale. This is kind of loosely based on the kale/tofu business in La Dolce Vegan, only made with the Italian-marinated tofu from Vegan with a Vengeance -- except, of course, that I didn't have the white wine that recipe called for, so I subbed red. Really dark red wine. Leftover marinade subbed for the additional balsamic vinegar called for by LDV. So, basically, it's chaos, but tasty chaos.Considering how haphazard the process was, it turned out pretty well. Maybe I'm starting to conquer my kalephobia. :) |
