| 説明 | Illustration for a comparative ecophylogenetic analysis of local myrmecofaunas, based on r/K selection theory and intra / interspecific parabiosis / lestobiosis, particularly focused on allochthonous and invasive species.[Rhynchophorus Herbst 1795: 10 (IT: 1) spp]R. ferrugineus is attracted by ethyl acetate, 2mehoxy-4-vinylphenol, γ-nonanoic lactone, 4SSS-ferrugineol, 50H and 4me-9-5Kt. Their behaviour & bionomics have been investigated in the field on 5 diets. Shortest developmental time and highest egg production was on palm crown (338±37.24 eggs/♀) followed by banana, squash fruit, apple and sugarcane (117±18.9 eggs/♀).REFERENCESS.
