| 説明 | Unfringed entire involucral bracts and a non-bristly receptacle distinguish Acroptilon from Centaurea. The sagebrush steppe that remains right around the town of Roosevelt includes no Bromus tectorum but rather dense stands of Acroptilon repens (hardheads or Russian knapweed). Aside from very few stems of Bromus tectorum, no other grass or herb species was observed in this vegetation. |
