| 説明 | This is how I fed my people todayKeema - another success, and its taken me years to be happy with Keema, mainly because I thought I could do better and didnt listen to all the advise people gave me and I read. You have to be brave, wait long enough until the oil rises and use water in the pot, chuck it all in the karahi, use real ghee and good beef, I hesitated to use enough spices and lastly I would not add enough salt. This is a really really easy dish to make though, with the spiced sauteed Okra, pickled carrots yogurt and paratha. Lunch, stuffed and sleepy. |
