| 説明 | I'll be uploading a bunch of photos, but couldn't resist putting two up right away.This was taken last night -- we're all extremely happy here and in complete denial in that one short hour our beloved music festival would be wrapping up. Well, it would be wrapping it up. We were still camping on more night.Richard Thompson was playing when I took this. I knew he had a huge following, but hadn't heard much of his music myself.... I gotta say: I now know why so many people are crazy about him. To quote Derek (who you'll be seeing photos of in the days to come [ and that is his lovely wife Melanie behind me]), "he's a musical virtuoso, he is an amazing lyricist, he's got a great stage presense, he can tell a perfect story...." In other words, what's not to love? |
