| 説明 | Chicago Botanic Garden (CDG) Conservation and Land Management interns Emma Vautour and Erin Skelly recently helped monitor Dubois milkvetch, a BLM Wyoming sensitive plant species, in the Lander Field Office. In addition to rare plant monitoring, CBG interns are assisting the BLM with rangeland health monitoring, the Seeds of Success program, livestock utilization estimates, and reclamation projects in Greater Sage-Grouse habitat.BLM Wyoming's long-standing partnership with the CBG has allowed numerous interns to learn what it’s like to work at a federal agency, participate in hands-on natural resource and conservation projects, explore career goals, and experience new landscapes, habitats, and species diversity in the beautiful Western United States.Photo by BLM Wyoming. |
