| 説明 | I happened upon this skater just north of Thomas Circle on 14th Street when he and another male skater and a female friend were skating at the National City Christian Church. He is from PG County . Though I did not capture the female for I did mention to them that in the course of my having documented skaters in the WDC area I had only come across 3 or 4 female skaters, over the years.
