| 説明 | After having dinner at the Sala Thai Restaurant at 2016 P Street in the Dupont Circle area I'd walk through Dupont Circle, head north onto New Hampshire Avenue, turn right onto Q where at the corner of Q and 18th Street I'd observe this man, with a beer bottle and a cigar perched on the roottop of his highrise building, in anticipation of the fireworks. Sometime between 7:45 and 8;15 PM, I'd yell, 'Do you mind if I take your photo?". With a cigar in his left hand, he'd pose while I'd snap three photos.
