The French architect opted for a U-shaped building, classic design enriched with decorative Khmers elements.Arch. Alfred Audoul1957.Starting in 1970, the civil war in Cambodia waved Cambodian student milieu in Paris. In 1973, violent incidents opposed residents of the house. Out of control, this one was closed. It only reopened thirty years later after restoration led by the architect Patrick Magendie. |
