| 説明 | During a day on the Severn Valley Railway we made time to visit the Cliff Railway at Bridgnorth. The railway was opened in 1892 and links the high and low towns which, the former situated on top of a sandstone cliff, and the former located by the River Severn. The railway is 201 feet long, and climbs 111 feet during its short journey. The track is 3ft, 6in wide - slightly narrower than standard guage in the UK.
