| 説明 | The firm was established in Kyoto about 280 years ago.It started in a shop in the center of Kyoto at Teramachi and Nijo streets, dealing in tea, tea containers and ceramics. About 160 years ago it received the name Ippodo from Prince Yamashina and from that time has only dealt in teas from Uji.The store is beautiful and the staff is friendly.
