| 説明 | Maj. Gen. Darryl A. Williams (center), commander of U.S. Army Africa, takes part in a group photo during Eastern Accord 15. U.S. Navy, Marines and Army personnel joined Ugandans to refurbish a restroom (in background) at the Source of the Nile. EA 15 takes place in Jinja, Uganda where U.S. military personnel and African partner nation militaries work togehter to promote regional relationships, increase capacity, train with Eastern African forces furthering cross training and interoperability.
