| 説明 | Dudleya virens ssp. hassei—Santa Catalina Island liveforever. I had previously listed this planting at Regional Parks Botanic Garden as an unknown and asked for help in identification. Bart O'Brien, director of the garden forwarded my photos to Stephen Ward McCabe, the author of The Jepson Manual, 2nd ed., treatment of Dudleyas, who provided the identification I am now using. Dudleya virens ssp. hassei is endemic to Santa Catalina Island and is included in the CNPS Inventory of Rare and Endangered Plants on list 1B.2 (rare, threatened, or endangered in CA and elsewhere).
