To find the best fishing spots in Oregon and Washington just head on over to: blm.gov/x5ldAs long as you hold a valid State license, you may hunt, trap, and fish on BLM public lands in Oregon and Washington. You must comply with State license requirements and regulations for these activities. A BLM Special Recreation Permit may be required when providing a commercial service to the public in addition to a State license.
