Mollusc sounds better than snail! :P真空煲 焖 排骨 螺头As usual, we boiled the mollusc in chicken stock around lunchtime, and left it until dinner time.We then added the star-anise and ribs, reboiled it, and left it over night. After checking it in the morning, I decided to boil it again since the pork and snail were still a bit tough. By dinner time, the pork was just right.See... easy! :P |
