But the Breezer service is truly disappointing in particular when it matters. The durability specifically is dreadful. First the frame at the connection with the saddle tube broke, in less than 6 months of use, and Breezer chose to say that it was due to misuse of the bike. The frame! The store got to a deal and I stupidly rescued the bike. Yesterday the pedal crank broke in the middle of a busy downtown crossing. Right by the middle... The crank! Never seen anything like it. I´d say: never, ever buy a Breezer bike. But if you want an unreliable bike, that feels great, packs nicely and can leave you bleeding at any moment on the side of the road this is your ride. |
