| 説明 | Recipes for a zucchini salad and a cereal bar are prepared during a nutrition education class at the Food Distribution Center on the Menominee Indian Reservation in Keshena, WS. The College of Menominee offers a monthly nutrition education class with the cooperation of the University of Wisconsin Extension funded through a United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Food and Nutrition Service (FNS), Food Distribution Program Nutrition Education (FDPNE) grant. The nutrition classes help members of the Menominee Nation make better choices when buying food and planning meals. Students in the nutrition education class are eligible for the Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR) from the Food and Nutrition Service on September 10, 2014.
