| 説明 | This female ferret was rescued from a hoarding situation and she was not spayed. Most ferrets that are obtained through pet stores are already spayed. Because she wasn't spayed, it was extremely important to perform surgery to remove her ovaries and uterus, as ferrets will stay in heat indefinitely until mated. This can lead to life-threatening anemia. This ferret did very well with anesthesia and surgery and made a full recovery. |
