| 説明 | Fatal Shooting at South Shore ParkPosted by: TMJ4 Staff - 5/29/2006MILWAUKEE - Five people were shot Monday night in South Shore Park. Three of the victims, a woman and two men, were taken to Froedtert Hospital by paramedics. But two men were pronounced dead in the park. Police, sheriff's deputies and paramedics responded to the scene in Milwaukee's Bay View neighborhood.Witnesses say there was total panic in the park. It was packed with people - picnicking and playing volleyball. The gun shots rang out and people ran to find cover.Witnesses also said the male suspect fled the scene in a car.Police spokesperson Anne E. Schwartz said the shooting happened near a picnic table in the middle of the park. The victims and the shooter all knew each other. And Schwartz said that the shootings happened during an argument.She said two of the victims at the hospital were in critical condition.Schwartz said police were search for a known suspect, but would not provide any further details.link |
