| 説明 | This spiral ramp was designed by Donato Bramante in 1512 to connect the Palace of Innocent VIII (1484-1492) and the city of Rome. The spiral staircase, built in a square tower, could also be climbed on horseback. It features columns of different orders as it ascends, and a herringbone brick floor. |
