| 説明 | Introduced, cool season perennial herb 10–40 cm tall; flowers and leaves are annual, dying back to a corm over summer. Bulbils are produced in the lower leaf axils. Leaves 4–8 are basal, linear, sword-shaped, 8–27 cm long and 5–10 mm wide. Flowering stems are wiry and unbranched. Flowerheads are 3–7-flowered spikes. Perianth is white to cream, with yellow markings, shaded purple on outside of tube; tube is 2–3.5 cm long; lobes are 1–2 cm long, dorsal lobe slightly hooded, other lobes narrower, spreading. Style exceeds anthers. Capsules are 10–15 mm long, wrinkled and green. Flowering is from August to October. Occurs along roadsides and in wasteland; naturalized in the Central Coast region. |
