| 説明 | Runnymede Library was initially built at the corner of Willard and Montye Avenues in 1904. Its current location of at Bloor St and Glendonwynne Road and was designed by John M. Lyle and has had two major renovations, the first one in 1978 (Stinson Montgomery Sisam Architects) and the other in 2004 (G. Bruce Stratton Architects). The renovations are more obviously from the rear. The building was listed on Toronto’s Inventory of Heritage Properties on December 10, 1975 and was featured on a postage stamp in 1989. |
