| 説明 | Brian Klein, Chief of the Information Access and Assurance Branch for the BLM-Wyoming State Office served 23 years in the U.S. Air Force in Information Technology. “During my career in the Air Force, as an Information Manager and Staff Support, I was responsible for all phases of Records Management, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, Privacy Act (PA), and IT Security measures. Also, as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, I was responsible for supervisory duties to include annual performance reports, leave requests, etc. All of these duties prepared me for my current position with the BLM. I enjoy the Supervisory aspect of this position, and I have always enjoyed being able to provide great customer service. As the Supervisor of the Public Room in the BLM Wyoming State office, I try to ensure that every customer receives their orders in a timely and accurate manner, which reflects proudly on the BLM as a whole.” |
