Moore, Jr., deputy U.S. Army Africa commander (center), greets attendees during during the organization's Senior Leaders Offsite conference.Senior leaders from USARAF gathered for a two-day offsite July 10-11, held at Caserma Ederle's Golden Lion Conference Center. Maj. Gen. Darryl A. Williams, USARAF commander, brought the group together to set the conditions for the next two years. During the conference USARAF leaders worked together to refine mission, vision and intent of the of the command. They participated in a variety to team-building events and training. Some of the areas covered were Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator, branding and resiliency. Spouses also attended the conference and took part in conference and break-out sessions.
