| 説明 | ground level view of USN-18 Wullenweber array. This was taken shortly after decommissioning of the facility. I returned in the mid-90's and it was pretty much destroyed. The Wullenweber array consisted of 2 concentric rings (high band and low band). High band was the shorter monopole array while low band was the longer array (at least that's how I remember it - but it has been a while). In truth it was quite boring what we did there. |
