Working at the invitation of each host nation, U.S. Navy forces, non-governmental organizations and regional partners to include Australia, Chile, Japan, New Zealand and Singapore execute medical, dental, veterinary and engineering civic action programs that strengthen partnerships and deliver international humanitarian aid in times of natural disaster or crisis.
