| 説明 | There's a lot of litter here in Colchester, or at least a lot more than I'm used to in Morris. I suspect some of this is just the bigger city thing, but I think some of it is cultural. There's also the complication that they're quite nervous about public trash receptacles since they can (in theory) be used to hold a bomb. It took me forever to find a place to throw away a banana peel at the Liverpool Street Station in London... |
