| 説明 | I grilled then without using any oil. It was a little bit of trial and error to see how long to cook them to make sure they cooked all the way through. The ones I made first, before I got the hang of it, were more doughy and harder to cook.Some of them I cooked too long and they got crispy like pizza crust.They are served with a slaw that is vinegar based with oregano in it. We combined our spices recently and I think the "pizza seasoning" spice got combined with the oregano, which I then used in the slaw. It made the pupusas taste like little pizzas, which was not a bad thing.The raclette looks like it needs a bath. |
