| 説明 | The Satellite dish on the top of the exchange. It's well, very big. I'm standing under it, so can't get a very good shot of it. Sadly, they said it wasn't in operation, and hasn't been since 1994 or something I think he said? They said all the telecommunications cables and such had been taken out of it, so it was just a huge dish, although, he said he thought they still had the controls to physically move the dish around operating somewhere. |
