| 説明 | Buckfastleigh. Locos and rolling stock are stabled around Buckfastleigh station. northern terminus of the South Devon (former Dart Valley) Railway, which runs up the Dart Valley from Totnes. Passenger services, then running a further two miles up the valley to Ashburton, were withdrawn on and from 3 November 1958, but freight continued until 10 September 1962. Official reopening in preservation was on 5 April 1969. A 1960s built Class 25 diesel stands amongst a variety of other vehicles, whilst nearer is an ex Great Western 'Hall' class loco. Traditional semaphore signals are controlled by the signal box on the left. |
