| 説明 | A hugely controversial law which restricts artificial fertilisation was passed while the justice minister was a hardline Catholic. It is incredibly repressive and makes the already hard task of having a viable artificially-inseminated baby almost impossible, in line with Catholic teachings about the unacceptability of this mode of reproduction. The referendum question asks "should the law be repealed?" The text reads: "On the possibility of becoming mum and dad, we want our say. On 12 and 13 June, we'll vote. And we'll vote YES. Partial binding referendum on Law 40 on medically assisted procreation". |
