Corps and Fort Bragg, case the colors of the XVIII Abn. Corps Jan. 16, 2014, at the Main Post Parade Field. The corps is deploying to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Along with various command leaderships in attendance, two distinguished veterans, John Mims, a Bataan Death March survivor, and Swede Borene, a Pearl Harbor survivor, were also in the audience to witness the casing of the Corps colors.
